This role is essential to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests, whether they are enjoying a quick coffee break or a full meal service. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus in a courteous manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table setting, clearing, and resetting between guests.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts while adhering to company policies.
- Assist in preparing simple beverages and snacks when needed, supporting the kitchen team during peak periods.
- Monitor inventory of tableware, napkins, and condiments, reporting shortages to the supervisor.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, feedback, or complaints, striving for immediate resolution.
- Collaborate closely with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operation and high service standards.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling and personal hygiene practices.
- Maintain composure and efficiency when working under pressure during busy service times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: No upper limit; we value experience and attitude over age.

- Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred, but motivated newcomers with a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
