Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks across assigned facilities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste removal.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, offices, and production zones in accordance with PATI’s quality standards.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor polishers, and pressure washers safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, report shortages, and assist in restocking as needed.
- Follow established health, safety, and environmental procedures to ensure a hazard‑free workplace.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate with team members on shift handovers, ensuring seamless continuity of service.
- Participate in periodic deep‑cleaning projects, including carpet cleaning, window washing, and floor stripping.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of tasks completed and any incidents that occur during the shift.
Requirements
- Age: 19‑35 years.
- Education: Minimum SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as per client specifications for certain locations).
- Honest, disciplined, and quick‑reacting with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work in a 2‑shift system (morning and afternoon).
- Ability to be placed at any PATI branch within the designated area, including Winong.
- Basic administrative skills for logging work activities and reporting.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for up to 8 hours per shift.
