Introduction

We are seeking a motivated New Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to uncover potential clients and emerging industry trends.
  • Initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, face‑to‑face visits, and digital channels such as email and social media.
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities, new distribution channels, and collaborative projects.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including marketing, operations, and finance—to ensure smooth sales processes and accurate contract execution.
  • Maintain a consistent follow‑up cadence with both prospective and existing clients to keep pipelines active.
  • Address client inquiries and requirements throughout the engagement lifecycle, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement client retention strategies that encourage repeat business and long‑term loyalty.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports detailing prospect activity, closed deals, and sales forecasts.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and negotiation documents.
  • Participate in internal brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas for market expansion.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates currently pursuing D3 or S1 in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields are highly encouraged.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and digital advertising tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting market data and client insights.
  • Proactive attitude, high level of curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
