Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and finishing techniques in accordance with client preferences and current industry trends.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and suggest new styles that complement facial features and lifestyle.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate closely with fellow stylists, reception staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations and high client satisfaction.
- Participate actively in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and product knowledge updates to stay current with the latest hair care technologies.
- Manage appointment bookings efficiently, handle client inquiries professionally, and ensure punctuality for each scheduled service.
- Uphold the salon’s standards of professionalism, honesty, and responsibility, fostering a trustworthy relationship with clients.
- Assist in inventory control by monitoring product usage, reporting low stock levels, and ensuring proper storage of hair care products.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Maximum age of 25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive training, suitable for both experienced and non‑experienced applicants.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Passion for hair styling and a basic understanding of hair care techniques (Seni Menata Rambut).
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
