Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Frontliner Layanan Pelanggan Profesional to join our fast‑growing retail team in Tuban and surrounding areas. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, both in‑store and via digital channels, and plays a critical part in delivering a memorable brand experience. Ideal candidates are passionate about sports—especially running, futsal, and football—are tech‑savvy with Instagram’s Instastory features, and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with shift flexibility as needed.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers entering the store, providing product information and personalized recommendations.
- Handle inbound calls, chat messages, and social media inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, process transactions, and manage cash handling procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are stocked and organized.
- Create engaging Instagram Instastory content that highlights promotions, new arrivals, and community events.
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to supervisors while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to meet daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, customer service excellence, and health‑safety protocols.
- Assist in organizing in‑store events such as product launches, sports‑themed gatherings, and community outreach programs.
- Report daily activity metrics, sales figures, and customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Male candidates only, with domicile in Tuban or nearby districts.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong passion for running, futsal, or football, with the ability to convey that enthusiasm to customers.
- Proficient understanding of Instagram’s Instastory features and basic social‑media etiquette.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure while meeting performance targets.
- Willingness to work a shift system, including occasional weekend or evening adjustments.
- Preferred experience in retail environments, especially customer‑facing roles.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure during busy periods.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS software and Microsoft Office applications.
