Introduction
We are seeking an Experienced Mandarin Teacher to join our dynamic academic programs. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to shape a robust Mandarin curriculum that serves learners of all ages, from beginners to advanced students preparing for the HSK examinations. Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language, Literature, Education, or a closely related field and possess a minimum HSK Level 3 certification. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and continuously improve a comprehensive Mandarin curriculum that aligns with the official HSK framework and accommodates learners ranging from children to adults.
- Deliver engaging, interactive lessons—both in‑person and online—ensuring each class meets the pedagogical standards for its specific grade level.
- Conduct regular assessments, track student progress, and provide detailed, constructive feedback to students and their parents.
- Participate actively in institutional events, workshops, and extracurricular activities to promote a vibrant learning community.
- Utilize creative teaching methodologies, including multimedia resources, project‑based learning, and cultural immersion activities, to maintain high student motivation.
- Maintain accurate attendance and grading records in accordance with the institution’s policies.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and administrative staff to align teaching strategies with overall academic goals.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chinese Language, Literature, Education, or a related discipline.
- HSK Level 3 certification or higher.
- Strong command of Mandarin (both spoken and written) and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or English for effective communication with students and parents.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with learners of diverse ages and backgrounds.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles.
- Commitment to fostering a nurturing, encouraging, and safe classroom environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
- Experience in teaching Mandarin—whether in private tutoring, group classes, or classroom settings—is a plus, but not mandatory for recent graduates.
