Responsibilities

  • Maintain an organized content library and schedule posts using social media management platforms such as Buffer or Hootsuite.
  • Monitor engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, click‑through rates) and generate weekly performance reports to inform optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, product managers, and sales teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across campaigns.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with platform algorithm changes, emerging features, and industry best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute fresh ideas, and help refine the overall social media strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Not currently enrolled in a university program.
  • Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and other graphic/video editing applications.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their content formats.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Unmarried status (as per the specific cultural requirement of the role).
  • Demonstrates honesty, meticulousness, and trustworthiness in handling brand assets.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and a willingness to learn advanced measurement techniques.
