Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain clean and organized store displays, including restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and ensuring visual standards are met.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and manage point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Assist in inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, reporting discrepancies, and communicating reorder needs to management.
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items according to company standards, ensuring hygiene and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate promotional events, seasonal sales, and special offers.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as wiping counters, sweeping floors, and maintaining restroom cleanliness.
- Adhere to company policies regarding dress code, personal appearance (no tattoos or body piercings visible), and professional conduct.
- Flexibly adapt to shift changes and be willing to work at different store locations as business needs dictate.
- Provide feedback to supervisors on customer trends, product performance, and potential areas for service improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Physical fitness: ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and perform tasks that require mobility.
- Proportional body posture and a neat appearance; no visible tattoos or piercings.
- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, adaptive, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Basic proficiency in food and beverage service techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills (e.g., English) are a plus.
- Willingness to be deployed to any store location in Lombok based on operational needs.
- Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to the full work schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
