Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and internal driving policies.
- Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, reporting any mechanical issues to the maintenance team promptly.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, including confirming receipt of items and handling any inquiries.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage reports, and fuel receipts.
- Support store security duties when assigned as a shop guard, monitoring premises and managing visitor access.
- Conduct basic motorcycle maintenance and minor repairs, leveraging prior experience as a mechanic.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate routes, schedules, and special delivery requests.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, such as urgent dispatches or unexpected traffic conditions.
- Uphold company standards of discipline, honesty, and responsibility at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; both male and female applicants are welcome.
- At least 0 years of professional driving experience; fresh graduates with a strong motivation are considered.
- Prior experience in motorcycle repair or basic mechanical work is highly preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight delivery deadlines.
- Strong teamwork orientation combined with the capacity to work independently when needed.
- Demonstrated discipline, honesty, and a high level of responsibility.
- Willingness to be stationed at any CV Turbo Motor outlet across the region.
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle class to be operated.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English is a plus.
