Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Prepare and assemble menu items according to standardized recipes, paying close attention to presentation and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, dining tables, and all kitchen equipment throughout each shift.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting any shortages to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to coordinate smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper hand‑washing, food handling, and waste disposal procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions to learn new menu items, service techniques, and customer‑service best practices.
- Work flexible shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, while being prepared to stay on‑site in the provided mess facilities when required.
- Document and communicate any customer feedback, service issues, or equipment malfunctions to management promptly.
- Uphold company policies regarding punctuality, attendance, and personal conduct, demonstrating honesty and discipline at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidate, maximum age of 25 years, and not currently married.
- Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and punctuality.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, show initiative, and quickly learn new tasks.
- Not enrolled in any school or university program during employment.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis and reside in the company‑provided accommodation when needed.
- Prior experience in a culinary or food‑service setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting of supplies.
- Commitment to start work immediately upon selection.
