Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Koki Profesional – Ahli Memasak Menu Beragam to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, supporting both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations while upholding our commitment to food safety, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of menu items according to standardized recipes and plating guidelines.
- Collaborate with sous‑chefs and fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards, performing regular kitchen clean‑up and equipment sanitization.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and assist in ordering fresh produce, meats, and pantry items.
- Ensure all dishes are presented with visual appeal, proper portioning, and on‑time delivery to the service line.
- Assist in the development of new menu concepts, offering creative input based on current food trends.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, grills, fryers, and food processors.
- Document daily production reports and communicate any issues to the head chef promptly.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work environment, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations.
- Demonstrate teamwork, honesty, loyalty, and a meticulous attitude throughout all tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
