Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Penjaga Stand Penjualan dan Layanan Pelanggan to join our growing retail team. This role is the front‑line representative of our brand, responsible for managing a sales booth, engaging customers, and ensuring a smooth, pleasant shopping experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, possesses strong communication skills, and can thrive in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the sales stand, ensuring products are displayed attractively and stocked appropriately.
  • Greet every customer with a friendly smile, provide product information, and answer inquiries promptly.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system, handling cash, card, and digital payments.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment.
  • Handle basic after‑sales service, such as returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, following company policies.
  • Assist in promotional activities, including product demonstrations, sampling, and the distribution of marketing materials.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape future product offerings.
  • Participate in regular shift handovers, documenting any issues or important information for the next shift.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Age limit: up to 30 years old (flexible based on experience).
  • No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn quickly is essential.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle for commuting to and from the stand.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly.
  • Honesty, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift schedule, Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
  • Basic proficiency with store management systems and point‑of‑sale software.
