Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assess their optical needs, providing personalized product recommendations.
- Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and accessories, ensuring a smooth and informative shopping experience.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, handling cash, credit, and electronic transactions.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability.
- Conduct basic eye‑test assistance under the supervision of licensed optometrists, including measuring pupillary distance.
- Participate in regular training sessions from onboarding through advanced product knowledge workshops.
- Support inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, performing stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to store managers when necessary.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 graduates from any discipline are also welcome.
- Age: 28 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; candidates must not be currently enrolled in an academic program.
- Willingness to be placed in either Palu or Morowali and to relocate if necessary.
- Commitment to complete the full training program, which runs from onboarding through competency certification.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work the standard schedule of 08:00 – 17:00, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend coverage as required.
- Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
