Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Crew Members to join our fast‑moving operations support team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will help maintain high standards of food preparation, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction while working closely with chefs, front‑of‑house staff, and management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, measuring, and portioning according to recipe specifications.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, and slicers safely and efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, performing regular sanitation of workstations, utensils, and storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and properly store food items to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Support the head chef and line cooks by executing assigned tasks promptly during peak service periods.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including waste disposal, recycling, and proper labeling of all products.
- Communicate effectively with teammates to coordinate order flow, resolve any issues, and uphold a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in the preparation and plating of menu items, ensuring presentation meets brand standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions on safety protocols, new menu items, and equipment operation.
- Provide exceptional support during special events, catering orders, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Age: 18 – 35 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Height: Minimum 160 cm for males, 155 cm for females.
- Professional appearance: neat, well‑groomed, and presentable at all times.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work under supervision.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and willingness to learn.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 kg, and handle fast‑paced service.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime during peak seasons.
