We are seeking a motivated Staf Operasional Gerobak Penjualan to join our dynamic sales team in the thriving markets of Payakumbuh and Biaro. As part of our front‑line workforce, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our mobile sales units (gerobak) run smoothly, reach customers efficiently, and maintain the high standards of service that our brand promises.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the sales gerobak, ensuring it is stocked, clean, and ready for daily routes.
- Plan and execute daily sales routes across designated zones in Payakumbuh and Biaro, optimizing travel time using your motorcycle.
- Engage with customers, provide product demonstrations, and handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report any shortages or damages to the supervisory team.
- Utilize the store management system to log sales, update inventory, and generate daily reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and seasonal campaigns on the ground.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory standards related to street vending.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape product assortments.
- Assist in basic maintenance of the gerobak, such as minor repairs, cleaning, and ensuring the motorcycle is road‑worthy.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders, though the position currently emphasizes male candidates due to operational considerations.
- Age: 30 years maximum.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable motorcycle for daily commuting.
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
- Basic proficiency with a store management system or willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and a proactive work ethic.
- Physical ability to lift and arrange merchandise, and to stand for extended periods.
