Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, adhering to company recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, kitchen stations, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
  • Handle cash transactions, process POS orders, and reconcile daily sales reports.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and proper storage of supplies.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely order delivery and address any special dietary requests.
  • Respond promptly to guest feedback, resolve issues professionally, and report significant concerns to supervisors.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, team meetings, and safety drills to continuously improve service quality.
  • Adapt to varying shift schedules, including weekend work, while maintaining a high level of punctuality and reliability.
  • Uphold the brand’s image by presenting a polished appearance and demonstrating courteous, respectful behavior at all times.

Requirements

  • Age: Maximum 35 years.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a background in culinary arts (Tataboga) is highly preferred.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Key Attributes: Extroverted, highly communicative, attentive to detail, diligent, honest, and meticulous.
  • Physical Presentation: Attractive, well‑groomed appearance that aligns with our brand standards.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to adapt quickly, work collaboratively, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Language: Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is an advantage.
  • Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
