Introduction

To keep up with increasing demand, we are seeking a dedicated Penanggung Jawab Produksi Donat (Donut Production Supervisor) who can lead our production floor, maintain the highest standards of food safety, and ensure that every batch meets our signature taste and visual appeal. Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily donut production to meet order volumes while minimizing waste.
- Supervise a team of production staff, providing clear instructions, training, and performance feedback.
- Implement and enforce strict hygiene and food‑safety protocols in accordance with local regulations and HACCP standards.
- Conduct regular quality‑control checks on dough consistency, frying temperature, glazing, and packaging.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials (flour, sugar, yeast, fillings) and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely restocking.
- Optimize equipment usage, schedule routine maintenance for fryers, mixers, and ovens, and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
- Prepare production reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, downtime, and defect rates, and propose process improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand for seasonal or promotional donut varieties.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment, conducting regular safety drills and inspections.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting teamwork, punctuality, and a customer‑first mindset.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 21 – 28 years, preferably residing in Jember.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Not currently enrolled in any educational program.
- Unmarried status preferred to accommodate flexible shift patterns.
- Professional appearance and strong personal hygiene.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Prior experience in bakery production or a related food‑manufacturing role is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of store management systems (Sistem Manajemen Toko) and inventory tracking.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to give clear instructions to a diverse team.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 20 kg).
