Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Staf Kasir Layanan Pelanggan to join our dynamic front‑line team. As the primary point of contact for guests, the Cashier & Customer Service Representative ensures smooth transaction processing, delivers exceptional hospitality, and upholds the brand’s reputation for professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital payments while adhering to company cash‑handling policies.
  • Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked cashier station, including receipt paper, pens, and promotional materials.
  • Process refunds, exchanges, and loyalty program transactions in compliance with store guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and floor staff to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and any issues are resolved quickly.
  • Perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, prepare cash deposit slips, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Monitor inventory of consumables (e.g., napkins, condiments) and notify supervisors when re‑stocking is required.
  • Assist in training new cashiers, sharing best practices for speed, accuracy, and customer engagement.
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards as mandated by local regulations and company policy.
  • Participate in periodic promotional events, upselling specials and seasonal items to drive revenue.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; both male and female applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Age limit: up to 30 years (flexible based on experience and fit).
  • Prior experience in F&B or retail cash handling is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Professional appearance and a tidy, well‑groomed demeanor.
  • Strong honesty, discipline, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer literacy; familiarity with cash‑register software is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
