Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Officer Remedial (Collection) to join our dynamic team in Darma Giri, Gianyar. This role is a vital part of our credit and sales operations, responsible for cultivating relationships with both existing and prospective customers while ensuring smooth credit processing and timely collections. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between our distribution channels, dealers, and customers, delivering exceptional service that strengthens brand loyalty and drives revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s financial products and services to existing customers and new prospects through face‑to‑face meetings, phone calls, and digital channels.
- Secure orders from distribution channels, gather initial customer data, and conduct thorough verification to ensure compliance with internal credit policies.
- Prepare, review, and complete all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing regular updates to dealers and customers on status, approvals, or any required actions.
- Communicate credit decisions promptly, explaining terms, repayment schedules, and any conditions attached to the approval.
- Notify customers of payment due dates, collection locations, and any additional information necessary for timely settlement.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, transactions, and follow‑up activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales, finance, and legal teams to resolve disputes, negotiate payment plans, and improve overall collection efficiency.
- Travel within the assigned territory using a personal vehicle, adhering to a schedule that maximizes customer coverage while respecting local regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or vocational equivalent (SMK), any field of study.
- Maximum age: 34 years (open to fresh graduates who meet the experience criteria).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in collection, credit analysis, or sales support; prior experience in a similar industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to negotiate and influence decisions.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty in handling confidential financial information.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with occasional overtime during peak collection periods.
