Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Field Collection Staff (FC) to join our dynamic team in Manado, North Sulawesi. This role is pivotal in maintaining healthy customer relationships while ensuring timely repayment of installment loans. Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, monitoring payment schedules and identifying overdue installments.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers’ residences or workplaces to discuss repayment options and negotiate settlement plans.
- Provide clear, empathetic explanations of loan terms, penalties, and available relief programs.
- Collaborate with the credit and finance departments to update account status in real time.
- Prepare detailed visit reports, including photographic evidence when required, and submit them through the company’s CRM system.
- Identify early warning signals of potential defaults and propose proactive solutions to mitigate risk.
- Maintain a professional image of the company while representing it in the community.
- Assist in the planning and execution of collection campaigns during peak periods.
- Continuously improve personal performance by attending training sessions on negotiation techniques, regulatory compliance, and customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 preferred (high school graduates will also be considered).
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in field sales, collections, or a related customer‑facing role.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Dynamic, energetic personality with a high level of interpersonal aptitude.
- Comfortable working outdoors and navigating various neighborhoods in Manado.
- Own a motorcycle with a valid SIM C license for travel between client sites.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
