Introduction
PT. Casa Boga Indonesia is expanding its culinary team and is seeking a Petugas Cuci Piring Profesional (Professional Dishwashing Officer) to join one of its flagship restaurants. This role is essential for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, speed, and reliability in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. The successful candidate will work directly with chefs, kitchen assistants, and service staff to ensure that all tableware, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned promptly, safely, and to the exacting standards expected by our guests.
Responsibilities
- Collect, rinse, and load used dishes, glasses, cutlery, and cookware into industrial dishwashers following proper sorting procedures.
- Perform manual pre‑washing for heavily soiled items and ensure all items are free from food residue before placement in the machine.
- Monitor dishwasher cycles, temperature, and chemical levels to guarantee compliance with health‑code regulations.
- Inspect cleaned items for any remaining stains or breakage and re‑process when necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and organized dishwashing station, including regular cleaning of sinks, worktops, and waste disposal areas.
- Assist kitchen staff during peak service periods by quickly turning over clean dishes to support uninterrupted service flow.
- Document and report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
- Uphold strict personal hygiene standards, including proper hand washing, use of protective gloves, and appropriate attire.
- Participate in periodic deep‑cleaning projects, such as floor scrubbing, vent cleaning, and waste management.
- Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere, helping colleagues as needed and sharing best practices for efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a commercial kitchen or restaurant dishwashing role; 1‑5 years is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Demonstrated speed, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a spotless work area.
- Disciplined, diligent, and responsible with a strong work ethic.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Residence in Cimahi, Bandung Regency (KBB) or surrounding areas.
- Open to full‑time placement at a PT. Casa Boga Indonesia restaurant.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
