Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute daily stock reports, highlighting key metrics such as stock levels, movement, and discrepancies.
- Allocate inventory to sales representatives based on forecasted demand and current order pipelines.
- Verify that all customer payments align with delivered goods and coordinate with finance for reconciliations.
- Compile and process retail outlet orders, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch.
- Conduct daily stock opname during order cut‑off periods to maintain real‑time inventory accuracy.
- Generate production lists for retail orders, collaborating with the manufacturing team to meet delivery schedules.
- Inspect inventory for expired or near‑expiry items, initiating appropriate disposal or discount procedures.
- Implement and monitor FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) inventory practices to reduce waste and optimize stock rotation.
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data validation to streamline reporting.
- Support cross‑functional projects, such as system upgrades or process improvements, by providing accurate data and feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a D3 or S1 degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in corporate administration, preferably within a provider or distribution company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to create and maintain advanced formulas, charts, and macros.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established workflows.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; able to collaborate with sales, finance, and warehouse staff.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Residency in Metro City, Lampung province is highly preferred.
- Age limit: maximum 30 years.
