Introduction
We are seeking a proactive Petugas Teller dan Account Officer to join our growing financial services team. This dual‑role position combines front‑line teller responsibilities with account officer duties, focusing on customer acquisition, cash handling, and operational documentation. Responsibilities
- Promote and expand partnerships: Conduct outreach and socialization activities to attract prospective partners (Calon Mitra), present our service offerings, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Manage operational documentation: Organize, file, and maintain all documents related to daily transactions, compliance, and internal procedures, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
- Daily cash transaction recording: Accurately log all deposits, withdrawals, and savings activities in the system, reconciling cash balances at the end of each shift.
- Bank interactions: Perform timely deposits and cash pick‑ups with partner banks, verify transaction slips, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Customer service excellence: Assist walk‑in clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear explanations of products and services, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Reporting and analysis: Generate daily and weekly reports on transaction volumes, partner acquisition metrics, and cash flow, presenting insights to management for strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.

- Experience: No prior experience required, though internships or volunteer work in banking or retail are advantageous.
- Key Skills: Strong communication and marketing abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic numerical aptitude.
