We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Barista to join our team and help us uphold our high standards of quality and service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages, including espresso, pour‑over, cold brew, and latte art, while adhering to precise recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and workstations throughout each shift.
- Operate and routinely clean espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee‑related equipment, performing minor troubleshooting when needed.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to customers, answering questions about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu items.
- Manage cash registers, process payments, and accurately handle daily cash reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies, and communicate ordering needs to the manager.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, completing all required sanitation checks.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new coffee trends, brewing techniques, and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, aged 27 years or younger.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; further education is welcome but candidates must not be actively enrolled in university studies.
- Strong personal presentation and a pleasant demeanor; a welcoming smile is essential.
- Honesty, diligence, and a high sense of responsibility.
- No prior barista experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation or a keen interest in learning the craft.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
