Responsibilities
- Conduct regular, scheduled visits to Bluegaz‑partner outlets to assess inventory levels and identify sales opportunities.
- Negotiate with outlet managers to secure the replenishment of empty LPG cylinders with full cylinders, ensuring optimal stock turnover.
- Promote and sell ancillary products such as regulators, regulator hoses, and safety accessories, expanding the product portfolio offered at each outlet.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with outlet owners and staff, acting as the primary point of contact for Bluegaz services.
- Deliver on‑site product education and safety briefings to outlet personnel, highlighting the benefits and proper handling of Bluegaz equipment.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of LPG cylinders, demonstrating physical stamina and adherence to safety protocols.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer feedback, and report findings to the regional sales manager.
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs and sales records in the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Male candidates, aged 21‑30 years, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; capable of influencing and persuading outlet stakeholders.
- Demonstrated passion for field work and a proactive, self‑motivated attitude.
- Strong selling aptitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Good physical condition and endurance to handle the manual aspects of cylinder logistics.
- Familiarity with the geographic area of deployment and an understanding of local market dynamics.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak demand periods.
