Introduction
The Administrator Channeling Bisnis position located in Kerinci, Riau, is a pivotal role within our business channeling team. This role serves as the bridge between incoming business orders and our credit processing system, ensuring that every customer request is accurately captured, evaluated, and communicated. Candidates will work closely with cross‑functional teams such as the Sales Hub Center (SHC), the Survey Operations Center (SOC), and the credit risk assessment unit to deliver a seamless experience for both customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on all incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling source, ensuring timely acknowledgment and entry into the system.
- Collect, verify, and maintain complete consumer and financing object data, guaranteeing data integrity before processing.
- Enter order details received via the dicicilaja platform into the ACCTION system, adhering to established data entry standards.
- Review and process credit applications based on RAC (Risk Assessment Criteria) outcomes and consumer grading, flagging any discrepancies for further review.
- Communicate credit approval status to customers promptly, providing clear explanations of next steps or additional requirements.
- Generate and forward survey orders to the SOC, coordinating schedules to ensure efficient field verification.
- Collaborate with SHC representatives to monitor the progress of active consumer orders and resolve any operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when entering customer data into the system, reducing the risk of errors that could affect credit decisions.
- Provide regular updates to supervisors on order status, outstanding issues, and performance metrics.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to workflow, documentation, and system usage.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative or data‑entry roles, preferably within the financial services or consumer credit sector.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, data‑entry applications, and basic database navigation.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of integrity when handling confidential consumer information.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Organizational aptitude to manage multiple orders simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn industry‑specific processes such as credit grading and risk assessment.
