Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workstation, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and well‑maintained.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and accurately process orders.
- Engage customers with friendly conversation, recommend menu items, and answer questions about coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate ordering needs to the shift supervisor.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with teammates to manage peak‑hour rushes, ensuring timely service without compromising quality.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products, seasonal offerings, and industry trends.
- Provide feedback on menu development, suggest improvements, and contribute ideas for promotional events.
Requirements
- Age: 20‑30 years old; gender: female (as specified) or open to all qualified candidates.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Professional appearance—clean, neat, and presentable.
- Strong communication skills; ability to be courteous, approachable, and confident when dealing with customers.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and responsibility.
- Team‑player mindset with the flexibility to work full‑time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Genuine interest in the food & beverage (F&B) sector; knowledge of coffee and desserts is a plus.
- At least 6 months of experience as a barista or cashier preferred; fresh graduates with a strong passion are encouraged to apply.
