Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Petugas Kebersihan dan Umum (Cleaning and General Services Officer) to join our facilities management team. This full‑time position offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and is ideal for motivated individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients. Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of office spaces, corridors, restrooms, and common areas to uphold high standards of hygiene.
- Collect, sort, and dispose of waste in accordance with local regulations and company sustainability policies.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, report low stock, and assist in ordering replenishments.
- Ensure proper functioning of cleaning equipment, conduct routine checks, and arrange maintenance when needed.
- Support general facility tasks such as setting up meeting rooms, moving furniture, and minor repairs.
- Monitor and report any safety hazards, spills, or maintenance issues to the supervisory team promptly.
- Collaborate with other department staff during shift handovers to guarantee seamless coverage and continuity.
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and dress code, including wearing the provided uniform.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on cleaning techniques, occupational safety, and emergency response.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including occasional weekend duties.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Strong attitude, reliable work ethic, and good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Prior experience in cleaning or general services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Possession of a valid SIM A (motorcycle driver’s license) is an advantage.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move objects up to 20 kg for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals and waste handling.
