Responsibilities
- Follow up on all orders received through the Business Channeling source, ensuring timely acknowledgement and processing.
- Collect, verify, and input comprehensive consumer and financing object data into the ACCTION system, maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Conduct thorough checks of credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes and consumer grading criteria.
- Communicate approval status to customers promptly, providing clear explanations of next steps and any required documentation.
- Prepare and dispatch survey orders to the Service Operations Center (SOC) for field verification.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales & Home Credit (SHC) team to track the progress of each consumer order and resolve any issues.
- Maintain an organized electronic archive of all transaction records, ensuring easy retrieval for audits and reporting.
- Assist in generating daily and weekly performance reports that highlight order volumes, processing times, and any bottlenecks.
- Provide occasional support to other administrative functions, such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative or customer‑service experience, preferably in financial services or credit processing.
- Proficient computer skills, including strong command of Microsoft Office, data entry software, and familiarity with credit management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and high integrity in handling confidential financial data.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Demonstrated analytical mindset for evaluating credit information and identifying inconsistencies.
- Team‑player attitude, capable of collaborating across departments to achieve shared goals.
- Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and adapt to occasional peak‑period workload.
