Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic Staf Penjualan dan Pelayanan Toko to join our dynamic retail team. The position offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, with working hours of 08:00–17:00, providing a stable routine for candidates who prefer a predictable work‑life balance.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a friendly and professional shopping experience.
- Promote and upsell products based on customer needs, achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash transactions, and issue receipts.
- Maintain store presentation standards by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and creating attractive displays.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Utilize the store management system to record sales, update product information, and generate performance reports.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store environment, adhering to health and security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals, participating in weekly briefings and training sessions.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and seasonal sales campaigns.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Applicants up to 30 years old (maximum age may vary based on company policy).
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this position.
- Experience: No prior retail experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with a store management system or willingness to learn quickly.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities; a customer‑oriented mindset.
- Availability: Able to work six days a week, Monday through Saturday, with a consistent 09‑hour shift.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 15 kg.
