Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using our point‑of‑sale (POS) system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain organized and visually appealing merchandise displays, restocking shelves and arranging promotional items.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and support special events or seasonal promotions.
- Perform routine inventory checks, record discrepancies, and assist in stock replenishment.
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards, including regular cleaning of work areas and adherence to health protocols.
- Work under pressure during peak hours while maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, product performance, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Honest, responsible, and dependable with a strong work ethic.

- Capable of handling stressful situations and meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Familiarity with store management systems and basic computer literacy.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
