Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Administrator – Retail Cabang Randuagung to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role supports the daily operations of our retail branch, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly, customers receive excellent service, and the store meets its performance targets. The successful candidate will act as the backbone of the branch, handling paperwork, coordinating with vendors, and assisting the store manager in strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate daily sales records, inventory logs, and cash flow reports.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments in a timely manner.
- Coordinate scheduling for staff, manage attendance records, and assist with payroll preparation.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events, product launches, and seasonal sales campaigns.
- Monitor stock levels, perform regular audits, and liaise with the warehouse to prevent stockouts.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance dashboards for senior management review.
- Provide administrative support for HR activities, including onboarding of new hires and maintaining employee files.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a high degree of integrity in handling confidential information.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Resilience under pressure; able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with retail POS systems.
