Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, including regular equipment cleaning, grinder calibration, and espresso machine maintenance.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, answering menu questions, and offering recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle cash transactions, process card payments, and accurately record sales using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and pastry items, and communicate re‑order needs to the manager.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring all beverages and food items are prepared and served safely.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak‑hour traffic, maintain smooth service flow, and support fellow staff during busy periods.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, brewing techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Uphold the brand’s visual standards by presenting a tidy appearance, wearing the proper uniform, and maintaining a welcoming café ambiance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school diploma).
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer‑service role is preferred.
- Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and polite communication style.
- Strong personal integrity: honesty, discipline, and responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Residence within a reasonable distance from the Poris Cipondoh location.
