Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough medical examinations, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide emergency care and stabilize patients using Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date electronic medical records in compliance with national health regulations.
- Collaborate with nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
- Participate in regular clinic meetings, case reviews, and continuous professional development activities.
- Adhere to the clinic’s shift schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and be prepared to handle urgent after‑hours calls when necessary.
- Uphold the highest standards of medical ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a medical degree (S1) is required for practice.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) license.
- Current ACLS and ATLS certifications.
- Residency or work experience in a clinical setting (experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Blitar.
