Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning & Delivery: Design and execute engaging, curriculum‑aligned math lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring each session meets the national education standards.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Create formative and summative assessments, grade assignments promptly, and provide constructive feedback that guides student improvement.
- Individualized Support: Identify students who require additional assistance and develop tailored tutoring plans, offering one‑on‑one sessions as needed.
- Progress Monitoring: Maintain detailed records of student performance, track progress over time, and prepare regular reports for parents and school administrators.
- Communication & Collaboration: Liaise with parents, fellow educators, and school staff to discuss student goals, share insights, and coordinate supplemental resources.
- Curriculum Enhancement: Contribute ideas for updating teaching materials, incorporating technology tools, and integrating real‑world problem‑solving activities.
- Classroom Management: Establish a respectful, disciplined learning environment that encourages active participation and intellectual curiosity.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.

- Demonstrated proficiency in core subjects such as Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, and Statistics.
