We are seeking a passionate and professional Barista Penyaji Minuman Kopi Spesial to join our vibrant coffee house team. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment from Monday to Saturday, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso, latte art, pour‑over, and cold brew, adhering to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, ensuring all equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers) is calibrated and serviced regularly.
- Engage with customers to recommend drinks, answer coffee‑related questions, and provide personalized service that encourages repeat visits.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies, performing regular stock checks and notifying the manager of re‑ordering needs.
- Process point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, handle cash, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold store hygiene, comply with food safety regulations, and support peak‑hour efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current on emerging coffee trends, brewing techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Assist in creating promotional displays, seasonal menu items, and community events that enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female.
- Age: 20‑25 years (maximum 25 years).
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven barista experience in a café or specialty coffee environment.
- Professional demeanor with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in espresso machine operation, milk steaming, latte art, and basic coffee bean knowledge.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, friendly attitude, ability to work under pressure, teamwork, and a keen eye for detail.
- Availability: Able to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional weekend events.
