Introduction
We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team as Ahli Teknik Elektro Medik – Spesialis ATEM. This pivotal role supports the delivery of high‑quality patient care by ensuring that all medical electrical equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will work closely with pharmacists, laboratory analysts, and clinical staff in a dynamic hospital environment, contributing to seamless operations from Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Pharmacist / Assistant Pharmacist:
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately according to prescriptions.
- Provide patients and healthcare professionals with clear medication usage instructions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date drug inventory, ensuring proper storage and handling.
- Support the pharmacy team in compounding, labeling, and documentation.
- ATLM (Laboratory Technician):
- Perform routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests.
- Record and verify test results, guaranteeing data integrity.
- Maintain specimen quality, follow strict chain‑of‑custody procedures, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Participate in quality‑control programs and proficiency testing.
- ATEM (Medical Electrical Technician):
- Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of medical devices such as defibrillators, infusion pumps, imaging equipment, and patient monitoring systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and generate detailed service reports.
- Ensure all equipment complies with national safety regulations and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with clinical engineers and biomedical staff to support complex technical projects.
- Uphold hospital safety standards, infection‑control protocols, and professional ethics at all times.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel to coordinate workflow and resolve technical issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; specific qualifications per role:
- Pharmacist – S1 Pharmacy with an active STRA.
- Assistant Pharmacist – D3 Pharmacy with an active STRA.
- ATLM – D3/D4 in Health Analysis or a comparable field, proficient in clinical laboratory techniques.
- ATEM – D3/D4 in Medical Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, skilled in operating and maintaining medical equipment.
- Relevant experience in a hospital, clinical laboratory, or medical device environment is a strong advantage.
- Thorough understanding of standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and professional ethics.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, discipline, and a high level of responsibility.
- Excellent teamwork abilities and strong communication skills for interacting with patients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a six‑day week schedule (Monday‑Saturday) with the ability to adapt to shift changes when required.
