Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to in‑patients and out‑patients, including assessment, monitoring, medication administration, and documentation.
- Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and surgeries, ensuring strict adherence to aseptic techniques and patient safety protocols.
- Provide prenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care for expectant mothers, including health education, delivery assistance, and newborn assessment.
- Conduct health education sessions for patients and families on topics such as wound care, nutrition, breastfeeding, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—physicians, pharmacists, physiotherapists, and social workers—to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records in compliance with hospital policies and national regulations.
- Participate in emergency response drills and provide rapid intervention during obstetric emergencies or critical patient events.
- Mentor junior staff and nursing students, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Ensure infection control standards are consistently applied throughout all clinical areas.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, audits, and research projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum educational attainment: D3/D4 in Nursing, Midwifery, or a related health profession; S1 or professional degree is a strong advantage.

- Honest, skilled, and possessing a professional demeanor with a strong sense of ethics.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues.
