Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing of floors, surfaces, and fixtures.
- Sanitize high‑touch areas (door handles, light switches, restroom fixtures) using approved disinfectants to meet health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, report low stock, and request re‑orders in a timely manner.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, steam cleaners, and carpet extractors, ensuring they are stored safely after use.
- Inspect completed work zones, verify that cleaning standards are met, and document any issues for follow‑up.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules, share best practices, and cover peak‑time workloads.
- Assist with special projects such as post‑event clean‑ups, deep‑cleaning sessions, and move‑in/move‑out services.
- Adhere strictly to company safety policies, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following proper handling procedures for chemicals.
- Provide courteous service to clients, responding promptly to any requests or concerns that arise during service hours.
- Participate in regular training sessions on eco‑friendly cleaning methods, waste reduction, and emerging industry standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old; open to all genders.
- No prior experience required – comprehensive on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with supervisors and clients.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods.
- Preference given to candidates residing in Cilandak or surrounding neighborhoods to ensure punctuality.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and willingness to learn advanced methods.
- Reliability in adhering to the scheduled workdays (Monday‑Saturday) and hours (08:00‑17:00).
