Introduction
The Accounting Administration Manager will serve as a pivotal bridge between the finance department and operational teams of our fast‑growing Food & Beverage (FnB) group based in the Malang area. This full‑time position reports to the Finance Director and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all accounting and administrative processes. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented professional with a solid foundation in accounting principles, strong analytical abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in coordination with senior accountants.
- Manage inventory accounting functions such as stock opname, cost inventory, and cost analysis to support accurate product costing.
- Maintain and reconcile SAP, Accurate, Zahir, and MYOB systems, ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
- Lead the preparation of payroll, tax filings, and statutory compliance reports in line with local regulations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for accounting administration to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Coordinate with the procurement and operations teams to verify invoices, purchase orders, and delivery receipts.
- Train and mentor junior staff on Excel best practices, system usage, and internal controls.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors during audit cycles.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision‑making for the FnB business.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Administration or S1 in Accounting.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in accounting for the Food & Beverage industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and ERP systems such as SAP, Accurate, Zahir, or MYOB.
- Demonstrated experience in stock opname, inventory costing, and cost analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, with a proven capacity to adapt to changing workload demands.
