Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, fax, and postal mail, ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems, including electronic archives, manual archives, and physical document storage, to guarantee easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare, format, and proofread a variety of business documents such as reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and internal communications using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Coordinate meeting schedules, conference room bookings, and travel arrangements, providing logistical support for both internal and external events.
- Perform data entry and database management tasks with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring that all records are current and error‑free.
- Support payroll and HR functions by collecting attendance records, processing leave applications, and maintaining employee files.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly administrative reports, analyzing trends and presenting actionable insights to senior management.
- Provide front‑desk support, greeting visitors, handling phone inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate departments.

Requirements
