Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrator Basis Data Senior to join our fast‑growing finance and administration team. This full‑time position is ideal for a motivated young professional who has at least one year of experience handling financial documents, tax reporting, and general office administration. The successful candidate will work closely with the accounting department, procurement, and operations teams to ensure that all financial records are accurate, up‑to‑date, and compliant with local regulations.
The role offers a structured work schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, with the possibility of flexible arrangements after the initial onboarding period. While the exact work location will be communicated during the interview process, candidates should be prepared to work on‑site and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all company administrative documents, ensuring proper filing, version control, and easy retrieval.
- Prepare, issue, and track quotations, invoices, and other financial documents in accordance with company policies.
- Execute regular tax reporting duties, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax submissions.
- Compile periodic financial administration reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics such as cash flow, outstanding receivables, and expense trends.
- Record daily transactions, reconcile bank statements, and archive supporting documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to streamline the flow of information and prevent bottlenecks in the administrative process.
- Participate in internal audits and periodic stock‑taking (stockopname) activities, providing accurate data and supporting documentation.
- Continuously improve administrative workflows by proposing automation opportunities using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other relevant tools.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in Accounting or Administration is preferred.
- Female candidates only; age not exceeding 27 years.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in an administrative or financial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets).
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a methodical approach to record‑keeping.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities, essential for interacting with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
