Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our dynamic team in Probolinggo, Jawa Timur. This entry‑level position plays a critical role in managing the flow of business channel orders, ensuring accurate data entry, and facilitating smooth credit approval processes. The successful candidate will work closely with our Sales and Credit departments, providing essential support that helps our customers obtain financing quickly and efficiently.
Our office operates Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, offering a structured yet collaborative environment where attention to detail, integrity, and strong computer skills are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on all incoming orders from the Business Channeling source, confirming receipt and validity.
- Gather, verify, and input complete consumer and financing object data into the ACCTION system, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
- Process credit applications by cross‑checking against RAC (Risk Assessment Credit) results and consumer grading, flagging any discrepancies for senior review.
- Communicate approval or rejection outcomes to applicants promptly and professionally, providing clear explanations and next steps.
- Coordinate with the Survey Operations Center (SOC) to dispatch order surveys, monitor progress, and update status in real time.
- Liaise with the Sales and Handover Coordination (SHC) team to track orders under active handling and resolve any bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date digital archives of all customer documentation, ensuring easy retrieval for audits.
- Continuously monitor system logs for data integrity, performing routine quality checks and corrective actions as needed.
- Provide periodic reports on order volume, processing times, and credit approval rates to management.
- Assist in training new administrative staff on system usage, data entry standards, and customer communication protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative or credit processing roles.
- Proficient computer skills, including advanced Microsoft Office, data entry software, and familiarity with ACCTION or similar credit systems.
- Strong analytical ability to assess documentation and verify data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex credit decisions in simple terms.
- High level of attention to detail, organizational ability, and integrity.
- Capability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
