Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrator – Business Channeling to join our growing team in Gresik, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be the pivotal link between our Business Channeling sources and the internal credit processing teams, ensuring that every loan application moves smoothly from initial order to final approval. Responsibilities
The Administrator will be responsible for a range of operational and coordination tasks that support the end‑to‑end credit lifecycle:
- Follow up on incoming orders generated through Business Channeling channels, ensuring timely acknowledgement.
- Gather, verify, and enter all consumer and financing object data into the ACCTION system, maintaining a high level of data integrity.
- Process credit applications in accordance with RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) decisions and the consumer’s grading profile.
- Communicate approval status and next steps to customers, providing clear explanations of any conditions or required documentation.
- Generate and forward survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) for on‑site verification of collateral.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Handling Coordinator (SHC) to monitor the progress of active orders and resolve any bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all customer interactions, system entries, and approval communications.
- Exercise authority to enter customer data, execute credit processing based on RAC outcomes, and issue survey orders without additional supervision.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old, though we welcome motivated candidates who demonstrate strong competence.

- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, loan processing, or related financial services.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with computers, especially data‑entry software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Core Competencies: High attention to detail, strong integrity, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with document archiving, record‑keeping, and basic financial terminology is advantageous.
