Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Penjualan Area to lead and grow our retail footprint across Central and Eastern Java. This pivotal role combines field leadership, strategic planning, and hands‑on coaching to ensure every store under the supervisor’s jurisdiction meets or exceeds sales targets. The ideal candidate is a results‑driven male professional, up to 35 years of age, with at least two years of proven experience in retail sales supervision or a closely related field. He will act as the primary link between corporate headquarters and the individual stores, translating corporate objectives into actionable store‑level strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance of all stores within the assigned area, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Conduct regular on‑site visits and comprehensive audits to evaluate merchandising, inventory management, and customer service quality.
  • Develop, communicate, and monitor sales targets, providing clear direction and tactical support to store managers.
  • Design and deliver targeted training programs for store staff, focusing on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and effective customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and areas for operational improvement.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, distributors, and other business units to coordinate promotional activities and joint sales initiatives.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
  • Foster a high‑performance culture by setting clear expectations, recognizing achievements, and implementing performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of administrative tasks such as scheduling, expense reporting, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Male, age 35 years or younger.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail sales supervision, store management, or a related sales role.
  • Strong analytical abilities – comfortable working with sales data, market analysis, and performance dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills, able to train and motivate diverse teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with external partners, government agencies, and internal cross‑functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of competitive analysis, customer relationship management, and strategic sales planning.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently across the assigned territory, with a willingness to work flexible hours to meet business needs.
