Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Staff Operasional / Anggota Kru to join our fast‑paced Food & Beverage (F&B) team. The successful candidate will be placed at one of our busy branch locations and will play a vital part in ensuring smooth service delivery from the moment a guest walks in until they leave.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash register duties accurately, process payments, and reconcile end‑of‑day reports.
- Serve as a waiter, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Assist at the bar by preparing simple drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and restocking supplies.
- Maintain inventory records, monitor stock levels of consumables, and coordinate with the purchasing team for timely replenishment.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including setting up dining areas, cleaning equipment, and securing the premises.
- Provide clear and courteous communication with both guests and team members, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, hygiene standards, and customer service best practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time.
- Adopt a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving, such as handling unexpected rush periods or equipment issues.
- Contribute ideas for improving operational efficiency, menu presentation, and overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Prior experience in the F&B industry, preferably in roles such as cashier, waiter, or bar assistant.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and inventory tracking.
- Excellent communication abilities; able to interact confidently with guests of diverse backgrounds.
- Physical agility and stamina to stand for extended periods and handle a fast‑moving service floor.
- Willingness to be stationed at the designated branch and adapt to rotating shift patterns.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
- Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and store management software.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
