Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Islamic Studies, or a related field.
- Age limit: Up to 28 years old.
- Marital status: Preferably unmarried, in accordance with school policy for this specific role.
- Religion: Must be a practicing Muslim (Muslimah/Muslim) with a strong personal faith and understanding of Islamic principles.
- Gender: Open to all genders, with a focus on encouraging female educators (Muslimah) where applicable.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a willingness to develop proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective teaching strategies (Pengembangan Keterampilan Mengajar).
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to mentor adolescents.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital learning platforms.
- Commitment to a full work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
