Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with potential agents through regular communication, face‑to‑face meetings, and networking events.
- Guide agents through the end‑to‑end credit application process, from initial data entry to final approval, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and manage the booking pipeline, setting clear targets, tracking performance metrics, and delivering weekly progress reports to management.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging credit opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments to product offerings.
- Provide training and support to agents on credit products, documentation requirements, and effective sales techniques.
- Collaborate closely with the underwriting, risk, and customer service teams to resolve application issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow‑up on leads.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing insights, challenges, and best practices with peers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all.
- Entry‑level candidates are welcome; no prior experience required, though familiarity with 3ds Max or similar visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
- Basic computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional flexibility for agent visits outside regular hours.
