Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Administrator to join our dynamic finance team. This entry‑level position offers a solid foundation for fresh graduates who wish to develop a career in accounting, cash handling, and data management. The successful candidate will work closely with senior accountants, support daily cash operations, and ensure accurate financial records are maintained in a fast‑paced, shifting work environment.
Responsibilities
- Process daily cash transactions, including receipts, disbursements, and bank deposits.
- Maintain and reconcile cash registers, ensuring all balances match the accounting system.
- Prepare basic financial reports, such as daily cash summaries, weekly expense logs, and monthly reconciliations.
- Enter and verify financial data using spreadsheet software and the company’s accounting platform.
- Assist in preparing periodic financial statements and supporting documents for auditors.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable teams by verifying invoices, issuing payment vouchers, and tracking outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with other departments to collect necessary documentation for expense approvals.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, answering queries related to cash handling and financial records.
- Participate in shift rotations, ensuring continuous coverage of the finance desk from Monday to Saturday.
- Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and internal control procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience is not mandatory but a basic understanding of accounting principles is advantageous.
- Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to apply basic formulas and perform data reconciliation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Professional appearance, tidy, courteous, and capable of representing the company positively.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative team mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a shifting schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
