Introduction

Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our growing team in the Dana Tunai – Harapan Indah region, covering the greater Jakarta‑Bogor‑Depok‑Tangerang‑Bekasi (Jabodetabek) area. This full‑time position offers a vibrant work environment where you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, driving revenue, and ensuring a seamless credit application process for both existing and new clients. The role is based at any Adira Finance branch that aligns with the successful candidate’s domicile, providing flexibility and regional exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively offer and present Adira Finance’s product portfolio to existing customers and prospect new clients across the designated territory.
  • Generate and secure orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data capture.
  • Conduct thorough verification of customer documentation and assist in the preparation of credit applications.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and payment locations, while addressing any follow‑up queries they may have.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the credit risk team, marketing department, and branch managers to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to propose actionable improvements.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously enhance selling skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Maximum age: 29 years (candidates up to 30 years may be considered).
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in B2C sales, credit sales, or financial product distribution (experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Own a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for customer visits.
  • Strong sales mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with a willingness to travel within the assigned region.
